Bull's Blood and elegant Kékfrankos in northern Hungary.

A baroque town in the Bükk hills, Eger is famous for Egri Bikavér, or 'Bull's Blood' — a red blend based on Kékfrankos (Blaufränkisch). Its cool climate also gives fresh whites, sold as Egri Csillag.
