Sunshine and sea breeze — citrus, herbs and a bitter-almond finish.
Vermentino loves the Mediterranean coast. It makes fresh, aromatic whites with citrus and herbal notes, a hint of salinity and a characteristic light bitterness on the finish. Its top appellation is Vermentino di Gallura in Sardinia; in Provence, as Rolle, it's a key grape in rosé.
