/ PEE-noh BLAHN / · Also known as Pinot Bianco, Weissburgunder, Weißburgunder, Klevner
Gentle and elegant — apple, pear and a whisper of almond.
Pinot Blanc is another mutation of Pinot Noir, with white berries. It makes soft, round, subtly fruity wines with moderate acidity — never loud, always easy to pair. It's a staple in Alsace, where it's also the backbone of Crémant d'Alsace, and in Alto Adige and Germany.
